What payment methods can be used to purchase tickets?
Credit and debit cards are accepted.
Can I buy tickets in person?

Should I receive a confirmation email for my purchase?
Do I need to print my tickets or can they be scanned on my phone?
Either method can be used to scan, so long as the barcode can be read. Please make sure to have your ticket ready at the gate and your phone brightness all the way up to make the scanning process easy and quick.
Will the ticket prices go up?
Yes, there are a limited amount of discounted super early bird and early bird tickets, so prices will rise as they sell out. Prices can increase at any time.
Can I purchase tickets at the door?
Yes, there will be a box office located at the front of the venue where you can purchase tickets at the door. Note: Tickets levels and show tickets may sell out, so in order to guarantee a ticket to the event, we suggest purchasing your tickets online ahead of time. Tickets will also be at full price at the door (no discounts).
Will my child need to purchase a ticket?
Children ages 10 and under are free with a paid adult. Children ages 10 and up will need to purchase a ticket.
The website lists $30 tickets but none are available?
Those are super early bird, sale or other discounted tickets that only a limited number where available and have since sold out. When a sale takes place we encourage you to take advantage of them ASAP. We cannot guarantee how long they will be available for.
I can’t attend this event anymore, can I get a refund?
Unfortunately, our refund policy strictly states that all sales are final, no refunds or exchanges.
